Delivery

Delivery costs are itemised per item, see product description for details, please note some items offer free delivery. All prices are based on UK delivery, for other deliveries customers will be contacted regarding additional costs. Some products are not available outside the UK.

Once the payment has been cleared, your order will be processed. We have a 28 day delivery policy but we will endeavour to send items within 7-10 working days. For personalised items please allow 2 to 3 weeks, but if you need the item(s) sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your deadline. 

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the order has been made.

Refunds & Returns

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, we will refund any Royal Mail 1st Class return postage costs. Please return your product by 1st Class Royal Mail (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us immediately on 07847-162534. Where possible we will ask you to return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs. Please note that personalised items, fabrics and wallpapers can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items as they have no resale value. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of an item, then we recommend that you contact us first on 07847-162534for a fuller description before you decide to make a purchase.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the images and descriptions of products on our website are as accurate as possible and give a fair reflection of the product for sale. As many of our items are hand-made, there will be slight variations from item to item. If you have any doubts about the suitability of any product, please contact us prior to ordering
